• Schedule your session.
  Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send you a calendar link to book your day.

• We prepare everything in advance.
  From strategy to creative direction, we’ll be ready to dive in with intention.

• Be available for check-ins.
  You’ll need to be reachable via Zoom or WhatsApp on the day for quick review sessions and decisions. It’s a collaborative sprint!

• Pre-alignment call (30–45 min)

• Creative direction: two concepts + moodboards (2h)

• Check-in to choose direction (30 min)

• Brand identity creation (3–4h)

• Live feedback session (30 min)

• Polish & final adjustments (1h)

• File preparation and delivery (2h)

• Creative direction & moodboards

• Logo design

• Logo variation (if applicable)

• Color palette

• Font selection

• 5–6 brand elements (e.g. icons, patterns, layout blocks)

• 6 branded mockups

• Brandboard PDF

• Final file delivery (.png, .svg, .pdf)

• You’ll receive all your final brand files by the end of the day.

• You can reschedule up to 2 times with at least 3 days’ notice.

• You must be available during the session day via Zoom and WhatsApp to make decisions quickly.

• One round of light edits is included during the session.

• Any additional changes after the day will be quoted separately.

• No physical or printed materials are included.

• Paid font licenses are not included.

• If you're based outside of Spain, we’ll find a time zone that works for both sides.

• All sales are final.

• You'll be asked to review and sign a service agreement before the session begins.

• Once completed, you own full usage rights of your visual identity.

• Lunch retains the right to share the project in its portfolio or social media.

The timeline is tight, so we recommend clearing your schedule. If something urgent comes up, we’ll do our best to adjust, but rescheduling fees may apply.

This format works best when there's mutual trust and fast decision-making. We align closely during the day to make sure you’re happy with the direction, plus, we include one refinement round. If you know you need more back-and-forth, our full Branding service might be a better fit.
